These Terms of Service explain the rules that apply when you visit BitcoScript, browse our product pages, create an account, purchase a digital product, download a file, request support, or use any related service we provide. BitcoScript focuses on digital products and web software, including WAF - What A Faucet, a Laravel-based reward platform for GPT, faucet, PTC, shortlink, offerwall, referral, advertiser, and user engagement websites.

By using BitcoScript, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any product-specific license terms shown at checkout or inside your account.

Accounts and Access

You may need an account to purchase, download, or manage a BitcoScript product. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the activity that happens under your account. Please use accurate information when placing an order or contacting support so we can verify ownership and provide access safely.

Digital Products and Licenses

BitcoScript products are digital goods. Product pages may describe features, license limits, domain usage, source access, protected core files, update availability, and support scope. For WAF licenses, the number of allowed websites or domains depends on the license purchased. Some packages may include protected or encrypted core files, while other packages may include broader source access as described on the product page.

You may not resell, redistribute, leak, share, sublicense, or publish BitcoScript product files unless a written agreement specifically allows it.

Orders, Pricing, and Promotions

Prices, discounts, launch offers, affiliate promotions, and product availability may change without prior notice. The price displayed at checkout is the price that applies to your order. We may decline, cancel, or review an order when fraud risk, payment issues, licensing abuse, or inaccurate account information is detected.

Digital Delivery and Updates

After a successful payment, access is normally provided through your account dashboard, download page, email, or another delivery method shown during purchase. Because delivery is digital, no physical shipping is provided. Updates may be offered through a download area, update package, or system updater when available for the product and license.

Support and Custom Work

Support may include guidance for installation, licensing, product access, or bug reports, depending on the product and license. Custom development, migration, server configuration, third-party integration, and recovery work may require a separate paid service. We may refuse support for modified, nulled, redistributed, or unauthorized copies.

Acceptable Use

You must not use BitcoScript websites, downloads, accounts, or products for illegal activity, malware distribution, phishing, spam, deceptive advertising, unauthorized scraping, attacks against other systems, or any activity that violates applicable law or third-party rights. Products such as WAF are tools; each site owner is responsible for operating their own website lawfully and transparently.

Intellectual Property

BitcoScript, WAF, product names, website content, software code, documentation, graphics, design elements, and related materials are owned by BitcoScript or its licensors unless otherwise stated. Purchasing a license gives you usage rights under the applicable license terms; it does not transfer ownership of the product, brand, or intellectual property.

Third-Party Services

BitcoScript products and pages may mention or integrate third-party services such as payment processors, analytics providers, advertising networks, captcha providers, offerwalls, cryptocurrency services, hosting companies, or communication tools. These third parties operate under their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party downtime, policy changes, rejected accounts, payment delays, or service limitations.

Disclaimers and Liability

BitcoScript services and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis unless a written agreement says otherwise. We work to keep information accurate, but we do not guarantee that every feature, screenshot, demo, example, or description will always be complete, current, or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BitcoScript is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages related to your use of our services or products.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect product changes, business changes, legal requirements, or operational improvements. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of BitcoScript after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
